If you need internal access to your building’s roof, we can install an access hatch in conjunction with a fold down ladders, step ladders or fixed ladder.
We install two style of industrial/commercial rated zincalume hatches. The sliding hatch door leaves the entry point clear. The hinged hatch opens to a full 90 degrees making it easy and safe to climb in and out of the building. The twin gas struts hold the hatch open leaving the worker free to use both hands to hold on to the ladder or railing.
Both models are low profile and can be powder coated to blend into the roof surface. The insulated, dual skin limits the noise penetration.
